The tropical island of Corfu is located off Greece’s northwest coast in the Ionian Sea.


With highs of 32°C, sun worshippers will be spoiled for choice with 57 stunning beaches to catch some rays.
The west side of the island is home to some of the most sandy beaches.
Paleokastritsa, a popular beach resort located close to the capital, boasts gorgeous sea cliffs and breath-taking views.

Blue Flag beach Glyfada, also close to Corfu Town, is a lively beach that attracts a young crowd.

As well as its stunning scenery, Corfu is known and loved for its rich culture, delicious food and vibrant nightlife.
Culture vultures will have lots to explore, as the island is a rich tapestry of influences from Greece, Europe, Venice, France, and Britain.
